I was inspired by the forest where I visited Montana State a year ago. Though I take my inspiration from trees, I have no interest in taking pictures of the thing, but wish to distill the essence and the emotional content of the thing. This original painting is on canvas with acrylic paint.
I have always gotten great pleasure from the colors, color combinations, line, and form as they grow on my canvas.
